We are very thankful to run a busy clinic that often has a waiting list of patients for given shifts. We also make a point of NOT overbooking ourselves so as to run late as many clinics do. As a result, we need adequate notice if you can’t make your appointment.

With over 24hrs notice, there will be no cancellation fee

12 - 24hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee + GST

Under 12hrs notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee + GST

Please also be at your appointment 5 minutes before you are due. If you are running late, call us to let us know, and we will tell you if we can still see you. We reserve the right to not see you if you are not on time, as that will inconvenience every patient after you.
